Can anyone identify the maker of this silver bracelet?

difficult to find ....can anyone identify these 3 marks found on a bracelet? 3 separate hallmarks and you can faintly see Silver toward the end of the clasp along with another word unidentifiable.....searched the whole site and can't find anything even remotely like it. The rectangles on the bracelet are 1.5 inches wide and encrusted with a mosaic of black and blue chips of glass or stone

You have a bracelete made from natural pieces of turquoise that are collected together and bound with a natural vegetarian paste. The one hallmark can be read as MESH-Hed which is a city in Iran. This is an Iranian piece.
