Hi Pipa welcome to the forum,

You may call this a lovely item but to me, some how, I associate the items with a dental surgeon or other medical servant. But I could be way off and we could call it items to clean a tobacco pipe or tobacco pipe reamers and cleaners.
Anyway, a clear image of the maker’s mark could be very helpful, try to capture one using a good digital camera; macro function, or tulip mode.
I might recognize the sword mark (1804-1906) but for more information see;

And please check the box, there should be more hallmarks on the box, perhaps hidden in the decoration.

Great and try to determine the three letters (number) of the maker’s mark, I believe the middle one to be the letter .V.

Hi Pipa,

Please check the initials with the other reamers and cleaners and on the box but I believe it could read; IV* in a rectangle with cut corners for: Jozefus Hermanus Vos, registered in Amsterdam during 1822/1825. See image;

NB. The maker’s mark and name is not clear and no 100% match.

Best,

Oel.
