Anyone have info on these 4" goblets?

These goblets surfaced recently. Packed in a form-fitting box covered with green velvet. Apparently in our family for three generations, though no one knows anything about them, other than our grandmother carried them out of Egypt when she (a French National) was exiled from Egypt by King Farouk in the 1950's. These have etchings/engravings on two sides of the goblets' faces; only one stamp at the base indicating they were electroplated: E.P.N.S. (Sorry the images aren't any clearer; used a scanner for the images.) Any information would be appreciated. Thank you. MB
