Unknown Makers Mark

I have a 4 piece vanity set stamped with the word STERLING and a stamped insignia that looks like the letter W superimposed over the letter C with an arrow running through the center from right to left. Sorry- my camera won't shoot anything that small. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
