Antique Brooch - Cypher - Help Needed

Hello Everyone. Recently I have inherited some jewelry from my late mother-in-law. First I was thinking it's bijouterie. But my friend told me it's not. I was by jeweler, and my friend was right. Gold on silver with rose and Mazarin cut diamonds. And that’s all what I know. But I don't know anything about origin of this brooch. On “C” clasp there are few stamps or marks, which I do not recognize. Those looks like “A” with dot below, another “A” and ? On needle there are also few marks. But I’ve no idea ?! Howsoever, I think this seems to be right place to start searching for answers. If You have any questions, I’ll be happy to answer them. I’ll be grateful for any help You can provide.
