I know it's Walker and Hall. It says Electroplate. No mention of NS or BM, so does that mean over copper? If so, what is the difference as to value between something that is EPC versus EPNS ?
Thanks

Values are not discussed on this forum.

As to the material, could be anything, no one dictated that the plated material had to be included in the marks. As far as I know, on British plated ware, the only real rules were about marks not being allowed to resemble precious metal hallmarks. The stringent rules applied to precious metals, not base metals.

If you can provide a clearer picture of the letter a the bottom of the flag pole I can help you with an acurate date.

Paul.
