May be spain hallmarks. They use the star in circle and the pentagram.

Pentagram in a oval is standard mark in Spain for solid silver of 915 finenes, used between the years 1.934 & 1.985.

Carrot in hexagon is the silversmith mark. I had some pieces with that hallmark, but I do not know his name, sorry.
