the number 184 over C S in co-joined circles. Between the C and the S there is some kind of logo that I can't make out. I've been searching Web without any success until I found this site, on which I learned the C S in co-joined circles indicate it is British sterling.

Can anyone help me identify this more? These were an inheritance and I have no more details on them.
