Please help me identify mystery marks

Hi....I recently inherited some S. Kirk silver that according to my family history says it is much older.....about 1760's during revolutionary war. Now I know S. Kirk started in the 1820's and then continued with his son, but mine are just S. Kirk. BUT there are other marks which I can't find and I'm hoping means there are older.....please advise:)

The first is a circle split into 4 quadrants.....with two crosses diagonally from each other and the other 2 quadrants have criss-cross lines. Then there is also a capital letter C.

Baltimore assay marks for 1824, but an image would confirm it.

Family tradition to the contrary, your pot was assayed in 1824. The piece is typical of Kirk's work at the time.
