Judging by the shape of the marks, your pendent, or perhaps a single earring, looks Italian.

We would need to know the details contained within the marks to go further.

Thank you for your replay ,
You can see the marks in the album in the least picture. The marks are very unclear the only thing I could read was the number 3 :(
Do you have a sliver containing the number 3 ?

If you rotate the picture 180 degrees you can imagine reading 800.
It could be Italian as Trev says.
