Vintage/Antique Russian Ring - ID mark please

here's ID mark from Russia, shows "RG.O" and "P, STAR with soviet union logo, 875" if you have any idea please respond. check out the pictures...

Hi,

It's not Russian, the ring is hallmarked for Soviet Latvia. The letter P (Cyrillic R) indicates the city of Riga, the capitol of Latvia. It was assayed between 1958 and 1994.

Hopefully someone else can help with the manufacturer.
