830s J. Pettersen Silver Spoon Ship Engraved

I have found a silver spoon with the following information on it:

Norge 1913 on the top of handle, J.pettersen 830S on the back in the middle, A mans head in uniform is
engraved on the top of the spoon and a ship with it looks like an atlas with nordvest pasagen 1905 is engraved on the spoon end.

I have looked everywhere and can not find any information about this spoon. Where can I find
out what it is called and any history on it?
