William Jelf of Southwold (Grimwade p.561, 755) in 1717 and Henry Lucas from Buckinghamshire in 1722 signed indentures to be his apprentices.
Page 158 of Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World notes Edward Horne was active as a clockmaker from 1704-33.
