My father gave this necklace to me for Christmas a few years ago. I have taken it off only about 5 times since then. He bought it at a high-end secondhand jewelry store. The dealer told him they had had this piece in stock for the better part of two decades, which I find astronomically unbelievable because I love it and can't see how it could fail to attract anyone else with my taste for that long, but then... it's not exactly very modern-looking. The first thing I thought when I saw it is that it's VERY Art Deco. I never thought until now to look for hallmarks on it.

Using the macro setting on my camera and adjusting the angle of the lighting, I was unable to get a clearer picture than that. "14KT" and "ITALY" are obvious, but I absolutely cannot figure out what the center hallmark is. Does anyone recognize that mark and is it possible to date this piece at all?
