Asian sterling silver? chop mark

I have this set that seems to be silver and is marked as shown on all pieces.
I think it's silver (950 or so) but wondered if I was right and possibly anything
else you might know about it.

Pewter made by Suzuhan. Sake set that looks to be of very recent (post 1970) manufacture.
