Old interesting shaped spoon - any ideas??

Good evening
Can anyone tell me about the spoon in the photo.
I have fallen heir to some interesting item and some of them are giving me problems in indentification.
This ine is a mustard stye spoon but teaspoon size




Any help would be appreciated.

eggspoon, the bowls are usually gilt to prevent tarnish in the bowls, eggs contain a fair amount of sulphur which is an oxidizing agent.
