Last saturday I've bought that little silver box. I'm not sure about the origin and the age.
Please, could anyobody help me to identify the piece?

Hello, cannot check my sources right now, but believe this to be a Hanau based company, W. (Werner? Wilhelm?) Schmidt, active in the 1950ies to 1970ies. Best wishes, Bahner

Hello, maker is Willy Schmitt from Hanau, active until 1979 when he sold the company to Jos. Oswald Nf., another maker of Hanau style silverware. Best wishes, Bahner
