Deciphering silver stamp

My friend has asked me to take a look at this stamp but tbh I am struggling to decipher what it is. The object is salad servers with corn. Could it be a cockerell??

Thank you but figured it out under a very very powerful loupe. its the head of minerve sideways with a number 1.
