Could this be Austrian

Hi, I have been told this box is Austrian, though im not to sure, the quality is stunning, could anyone help with the marks with date , maker or anything at all would be great

Yes, the hallmark (the bird to the right of the word "sterling") is for 935 silver from 1922 onwards, and it was assayed in Vienna. Sorry, but I don't know who the maker was. Perhaps someone else will recognize the maker's mark.

Hi Joris, Thanks for the info, it also has a paris stamp to the under side must be the retailers, i have researched the paris retailers and your date match completely as the stopped trading in the 1920
