Have a bit of a problem getting a manufacturer or age on this. It is a silverplate covered dish with pyrex casserole insert. Seems to be a quality item as it is heavier than others I've seen. It is 10" diameter and 7" to top of finial. Photos posted below. Hope you can help me out.
