An Example of the Work of William Pugh

A snuff box measuring 2 1/2" (63mm) in length, 1 5/8" (42mm) in width and 5/8" (16mm) in depth. Assayed at the Birmingham Assay Office in 1813. The raised panels on the corners are likely to be old strengthening repairs that were added at a later date,

William Pugh entered his mark with the Birmingham Assay Office on the 10th June 1801 from the address: Hill Top near Severn Street, Suffolk Street, Birmingham. His working period is thought to be from 1801 to 1816.

I Have this Mustard spoon by William Pugh from 1816

Its the only spoon I have which is hollow but don't know how common this is,
