munzbecher

Postby amena » Thu Oct 18, 2012 10:38 am

I found a coined beaker. The coins are ancient, but the cup seems recent, made in the twentieth century, I think. Most of the coins are Austrian, many of Salzburg, so I assume that is made in Austria, but it’s not confirmed by the marks on the bottom.
Can anyone give me some information?
Thanks

Hi Amena,

Check out Karl Kurz [s441] / Gebrüder Dingeldein but B. Neresheimer & Söhne [s498] +? (mirrored N) a very close match!

Best,

Hi Oel
You have hit the mark. [s498] seems the right one.
