Yes, date letter K for 1819; the maker’s mark I believe is an ‘old’ worn out (damaged) mark in the French style being a W under an anchor in a lozenge; the first mark used by Douwe Sjouke Watjes. He has been registered in the city of Amsterdam during 1812-1837 and used a total of 4 marks, all with a W and anchor; one in a lozenge, one in a rectangle and two in a rectangle with cut corners.
Best,
Oel
