Makers Make P.B.B ???

I have been looking at my Grandmothers/Grandmothers nursing watch. I can see a Lion with paw up, anchor in a traditional shield shape, 'W' in a traditional shield shape & a makers mark of (P.B.B). I therefore understand that it is silver, probably Birmingham, but the date & maker is a loss to me. Any help, please...
