Goldworkers List (Section VII).

Trade directories record him as a jeweller at 4 Great St Andrews Street, Seven Dials from 1774 and from where he entered a mark at Goldsmiths Hall as a gold worker in 1777.
As a jeweller from St Giles he paid Duty for the apprentice indentures of Henry Moore in 1776 and for Frederick Goergshonner in 1787.
He was assessed to Land Tax on property in St Andrew Street, Bloomsbury from 1781-92.
His burial was recorded at St Marylebone in 1797.
