I am fairly certain this is a company mark and not an artisan mark. I haven't been able to find out what company uses it but I've seen it so many times on different styles that I don't believe it is true NA.

... some people online mention, "3 Shop". But there is little info on this hallmark.... ive really looked. Anyone know more?
