German brooch - who's the maker?

I've got that brooch for some years. Now I'm looking for some information about the maker and the date of making.
Who could help me? I think, it's probably German.

Hello, as far as I know an unidentified maker. I suspect a workshop in the fromer GDR (communist East Germany). Just a gut feeling, though. Best wishes, Bahner

Then I'll have to look for some more information about makers in the DDR (Deutsche Demokratische Republik). Maybe some day I'll find out something.
