Two small Russian spoons

The advice given is start small, so here are two 9cm spoons. They appear to have the 'late 19th Century' St Petersburg town and fineness mark as shown on this website.

Are they genuine, can anybody please identify the maker or give further information.

Are they coffee spoons, they appear too heavy to be salt spoons.

Hi.

This assay mark was used in 1882-1899.

Therefore the most suitable maker - workshop of Soederholm Adolf Frederik (1821-1879). St.Petersburg. After his death till 1883 the business was carried on by his widow. Initials on hallmark AFS, AS (From Ivanov's book)

Dad is right, the maker is Adolf Fredrik Söderholm (@Dad, note correct spelling :-)))) born in Finland in the town of Porvoo/Borgå 19.1.1821, Journeyman in St Petersbug 1840 and master 1844. His marks re A.F.S and AS. In his workshop he had lots apprentices. The widow's name was Hedvig Lovisa (born Wallin) a Swede.

This assay mark is called "dvoinik" i.e. double. A compound mark with fineness and town crest in the same shield used as already mentioned by Dad.
