No maker's mark?

I am trying to get date and maker from this mark, and want to check I'm not going mad. There is NO maker's mark here right? Is that odd?
And for the year I assume it is 1965 from the shape of K?
The mark to the left of the date mark I guess is a leopard head but came out badly or has been worn through use...

Further to my last post, here are initials that I thought were my aunt's but after magnification I realise they are not her initials. They seem to be FEU.
Is this a maker's mark any of you know of?
