Need info on Sterling Ring Marked "RMT" Half Moon w/ R

Can someone help identify this sterling silver ring with RMT marked and also to the side there is a Half Moon with an "R".

The crescent R mark is for Relios, a SW manufacturing company owned by Carolyn Pollack. The RMT mark is for Rod Tenorio, a Santo Domingo native who designed it. Since it's factory made it doesn't qualify to be called Native American.
