1885 Spoons - Can you ID the maker?

Gorgeous little pair of spoons dated for 1885. Stamp is "830" and "?.J.", possibly "O.J." or "A.J." or "G.J." I think these are from Norway, but possibly they could be Danish. Very nicely made with lily of the valley embellishments and a twisted stem. Bowls are gilded and have that pale daffodil color that is so nice.

The pictures of the mark are not sharp enough.Can you get better close-ups?

How do you know it is 1885?
It could be Norway, Denmark has well established system of hallmarking and even with photos posted it does not look like Denmark.

The spoons are engraved by the owner or recipient on the back of the handle: "D.E.K. 85". The spoons appear to be silversmith made rather than production made. I will attempt a sharper image, though it's the hallmark not the photo that is not too clear. Thanks, Nate

its the focus of picture that is bad. Put mark in front of camera lens. The picures that you have taken has focus everywhere else.
