Identification of an ashtray

Hey everyone, I can't seem to find any info on this ashtray? that has a plate in center that says "Orleans". Any help appreciated on pattern ID, manufacturer ID, or just any point in the right direction. Can't find in any of my books. Hello,

Without any maker's mark there is really no clue at all to the origin of this ashtray. The arms shown, as I'm sure you know, are those of the French city of Orléans and this piece would have probably been made for the tourist trade.
