please can someone help with a cigarette case

I found this cigarette case in my late fathers belongings it is initialled (not my fathers or grandfathers) so i would really like to try and find out where it has come from ,i have searched the internet and think it is H MATTHEWS 1920 BIRMINGHAM but i could be way off so any advice would be greatly appreciated ,i have put the photos on my photobucket account as i am unsure how to add them on here hope this is ok

The marks are Birmingham 1920/21 and the maker is H Matthews so you are correct on all counts.
