I Need help with for me unknown marks

Hallmarks on a small bowl

This is a full set of hallmarks for Norway, please post picture of item.

The 7 dots is Bergen
35 is 1835
something over M is tax mark for a specific month - if you can identify number you have month 1= january 2= february etc.
H is wardein Christen Hoff 1821-1860
Makers mark I cannot see - try to give letters then we can look it in the book.

Sorry for late reply. It´s (tumlare) on sale at ******** as presumably German and eighteenth century, that’s why I had to ask. Thank you for your answer.
