Can you post a picture taken immediately from above. The bottom mark that you have posted is not clear.

Thank you for supplying the additional images. I cannot add much, except to say that I suspect that these are early British electro plate. The cartouche variations are typical of that of British plater's marks.
If I find any other information about this mark, before anybody else does, I'll update the post.
