Japanese tobacco jar?

Hi All,
I was hoping someone could identify this for me or tell me what the hallmark means!

Chinese tea caddy, probably first half of 20th century.

The characters 浄足 appear on pewter pieces. Sorry if this is a disappointment. The larger mark probably refers to the tea shop that originally sold it.
