Help with marks on goblet

Hi - Can anyone help with the town and maker of this smallish goblet. Looks Norwegian. Marks are; 75 in a square, town mark? a Whale, makers initials H.H and 131/2. It is 4 inches high. Many thanks John

Whale Town mark for Molde
75 made in 1875
13 1/2 silver
