Looking for Payco company information

Hello, I am wondering if someone could help me find more information on a company. I have a Payco rhinestone bracelet that is stamped "Sterling". I have tried looking everywhere for more information on the company (how long they were in business, if they manufactured anything else, etc). If someone has any information, it is greatly appreciated!
