NIO 90 Hallmark ??

Its stamped with what appears to be a windmill then NIO 90
I have no knowledge of foreign silver.. could someone tell me if it is real silver? and if possible who the maker is?

dont know maker or more. But it is silverplated.
90 is the best form of plate. Others are lover numbers. But still plated. You have 99,99% basematerial and around 0,001 silver.
My figures are not exact just to tell you that you have bought everything else than silver.
