Is it a preserve spoon?

Postby rauls » Wed Jul 04, 2012 10:08 am

I have a CES spoon made by Tack Chang. It doesn't look an ordinary form, could I know whether it's a preserve spoon? Another silly question is that I don't understand the use of the preserve spoon, what is a preserve spoon used to work with? Thank you!

I forgot mentioning that it's 13.9cm or about 5 1/2 inch. Also the bowl is very shallow as you can get from the pictures.

Yes, I would call this a preserve spoon. The basic use is to take jam, or similar, from its container to your plate before spreading it on your bread or scones.

Thank you very much! It's clear to me now.
