LOndon 1809 Dessert Spoons~No Makers Mark~No Erasures~

I thought I would submit these as some of you may find them interesting and it would be good to hear some thoughts as to why there are no makers marks on them, The makers marks have not been rubbed or removed....

Why would this have happened?
