Pounce pot marks - help needed please

I have a pounce pot that I have been unable to determine the maker or country of origin.



It was imported, has London import marks for 1892, I have also been unable to determine the importer, as part of the marks appear to be rubbed all I can see is LT and the start of the D for LTD



Any help in finding the maker and country of origin, as I have been unable to do so far.

Thank you Miles, I was looking at the wrong country, I was thinking initially at Hanua, but thanks to you, I am now on the right track with the Netherlands.
