Silver Hallmark

Please help......I have purchased an odd piece of jewelry. It is a chain (too large for a bracelet) but beautifully made. My question is...There is a hallmark. A raised oval with the letters "OP" within the oval. Anyone know the who, what, where, (or meaning) of this mark? I have searched for hours with no luck. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
