help with hallmarks and identify pattern please

because of the shine i cant get a clearer pic of the hallmarks but from left to right is
C
a 3 round ball with the letters H P in it

the then hallmarks anchor lion and lowercase b

That's a 'G' rather than a 'C', Henry Griffin Plant, of 61, Albion Street, Birmingham.

The date of assay for your spoon would be 1901. I'm not sure that the design of the spoon would ever have been given a particular name.
