WHIPHAM, Thomas I & II (Grimwade p.698, 770-1)

The Times newspaper of 2nd March 1816 carried a notice of sale of the 21 years lease on 61 Fleet Street in the occupation of Mr Whipham for a great many years.
Grimwade recorded that Whipham had died in 1815.

The Will of Thomas Whipham (II), goldsmith late of Fleet Street, was proved for probate on 5th January 1816 (National Archives reference PROB 11/1576/88).

31 August 1785 Thomas Whipham (I) of Saint Albans in the County of Hertford will proved at London. The Executors were Thomas Whipham (II), Charles Wright (Grimwade p.711) and John White. Reference: TNA PROB 11/1133/256

It means Thomas Whipham I died in 1784/5, instead of 1756?
