Probably yes.



I do not want to be as short with my answer as you are with your question.
"13" is usually a good indication for 13 lot silver. Normally the 13 is in a circle or rectangle, I am a little doubtful with the plein number. What does the text between the two 13 read? Can you post a picture of the whole item, including lenght and weight?

Between the two 13 written "JURST & Co" the rest is not clear.

JÜrst & Co, from Berlin, produced only silver pated items.
