I would be interested to know to which master this mark would be dedicated. There are many options of IC markings in the late 18th century. The marking is on a wine funnel.

The same mark almost certainly seen on a buckle of 1793/94. My GUESS is John Benjamin Cole (bucklemaker's section of Grimwade page 392) , but Joshua Cooper (same page) is also possible
