The photo of the mark looks like it was taken with the cellophane still covering the spoon, as the characters are a little obscured.
If the characters are: 新羅 銀 800
Then they can be read "Silla - Silver 800."
Silla, the name of an ancient Korean kingdom, is found in the name of several Korean businesses today. Most likely this spoon is of recent (post 1970) South Korean manufacture.
