Don't know where to go

I recently purchased several spoons at an auction and after having looked through them have determined that some of them are silver. I've searched the internet for info on them and am coming up empty. Most of them say Sterling on them. Which category should I post my pictures and questions in? also what category for a spoon marked "pat Apr 94 D.H.Mc.C & Co". Plus one that has wmf z/o on the handle. Thanks for any help. Ryan
