No information from my side about M. Möckel.

But I checked the inscription. You may have noticed from the style and the date that it is an object from peak Nazi time.
The Reichswirtschaftskammer was a high profile organisation, its task was to align the economy to the wishes of the rouling clique.

The Datenbank zum "Central Collecting Point München", Alle Karteikarten/Datensätze zur Mü-Nr. 44904. It is a database about "Karteikarte - Restitutionskartei", objects without owner. In this case a Present from R. Ley, another top Nazi, to the mentioned war criminal, presented on January 12, 1944. I checked the birthday of the war criminal, it is January 12.
Your object has a relation to a war criminal.
