Hi Micaela
No information from my side about M. Möckel.
But I checked the inscription. You may have noticed from the style and the date that it is an object from peak Nazi time.
The Reichswirtschaftskammer was a high profile organisation, its task was to align the economy to the wishes of the rouling clique.
The Reichswirtschaftskammer was organized in seven branches of the economy: tourismn, industry, banking, insurances, trade, businesses, energy.
Additionally the Reichswirtschaftskammer was organised in regional branches. A large organisation to direct the economy. The Reichswirtschaftskammer was reporting directly to the Reichswirtschaftsministerium, the ministry of economy.
From 26. Nov. 1937 until 15. January 1938 one of the top Nazi war criminals was in charge of the ministry of economy. Maybe your item is a goodby present from the economy chamber to the minister. The last statement ist just speculation.
